We want to ensure that you have a great experience with your Flux Smart Lighting products. Our support team is here to help you answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues. In the event you would like to return your purchase, please read on for our policy.

Return Policy

  1. Returns are available only for customers that purchased directly from or from our store.
  2. Customers can request a return within 30 days of the order being delivered.
  3. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds on returns. Customers who wish to exchange may purchase their desired product as a separate order before or after we refund the original item return.

Return & Refund Process:

  1. Email with your original order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for returning it.
  2. Flux Smart Lighting Support will respond with a Return Authorization number and the address to ship the return to.
  3. Ship the return back using a trackable method (US Postal Priority, Fedex, UPS) to the provided address with the Return Authorization number printed on the outside box.
  4. The return will be processed and refunded within 48 hours of Flux Smart Lighting receiving it. The customer will be notified via email the moment it is complete.
